HARRIS hotel really felt like a luxury hotel and I could not believe the price for the quality. The room had lovely views of the Surabaya skyline, the beds were very comfortable and there was a great swimming pool & gym. The breakfast room is huge and the buffet has a lot of options: both Indonesian & Western. The location is ideal, being just a 15 min walk from the train station and 20 mins by taxi to the airport. The staff are very friendly and helpful and even let us store our bags for a whole day when we went to hike Mount Bromo overnight! Would stay here again!

The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary water and coffee. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Harris Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip!

- the location is strategic - near coffee shop and restaurants. in fact, there's a F&B merchants and convinience store + ATM on site (at pop hotel lobby but it's next door so no sweat) - love the swimming pool - the bed and the pillow so comfy, not to mention the Guling .. - The staff were nice.

The staff were very accomodating and attentive. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was expensive but there were more choices than I could possibly eat. The pastries and drinks, in the lobby were divine. You get what you pay for and this was genuine luxury
