HARRIS hotel really felt like a luxury hotel and I could not believe the price for the quality. The room had lovely views of the Surabaya skyline, the beds were very comfortable and there was a great swimming pool & gym. The breakfast room is huge and the buffet has a lot of options: both Indonesian & Western. The location is ideal, being just a 15 min walk from the train station and 20 mins by taxi to the airport. The staff are very friendly and helpful and even let us store our bags for a whole day when we went to hike Mount Bromo overnight! Would stay here again!

The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary water and coffee. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Harris Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip!

The room was very clean and comes with a smart tv which is great. The staff were all super helpful and the breakfast was amazing - cuisines to suit everyone.

The breakfast spread were really good. 24H in-room massage was a plus. Room and amenities were okay. Value for money.
